JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities:-
  • Generate accurate store documents daily, i.e. DO, PL, SRI, SI and SR.
  •  Update and submit document to other related departments timely
  •  Prepare parts for technicians
  •  Prepare packing list or DO for parts delivery
  •  Prepare work order for make local part and follow up delivery
  •  House keeping new and returned parts into location
  •  Ensure store office equipments in using condition
  •  Maintaining document, photostating and filing
  •  Carry out store office housekeeping timely
  • Assist Parts Manager on daily task
  •  Ad-hoc duties as when it arises
  Requirements:-
  • Minimum SPM with 2 years working experience
  • Computer skill is required.
  • Independent, hardworking, team player and well converse in BM and English.
  • With knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Word and Accounting Software
