
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:-
- Generate accurate store documents daily, i.e. DO, PL, SRI, SI and SR.
- Update and submit document to other related departments timely
- Prepare parts for technicians
- Prepare packing list or DO for parts delivery
- Prepare work order for make local part and follow up delivery
- House keeping new and returned parts into location
- Ensure store office equipments in using condition
- Maintaining document, photostating and filing
- Carry out store office housekeeping timely
- Assist Parts Manager on daily task
- Ad-hoc duties as when it arises
Requirements:-
- Minimum SPM with 2 years working experience
- Computer skill is required.
- Independent, hardworking, team player and well converse in BM and English.
- With knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Word and Accounting Software
